It’s hard to believe that winter is already here. Strangely enough, we had snow where I live on Halloween, but December has been surprisingly snow-free. In fact, we’re looking at temperatures close to the 50s today! Despite the lack of snow, I find myself missing it and reminiscing about the memories made during snowy days.
Thankfully, artist kiritanpo117 has created a wonderful piece featuring Rin Kaenbyou. In this artwork, Rin is depicted in a school uniform—a style commonly referred to as “JK” in Japan. The caption on Pixiv simply reads, “I want to go to school with you.” It’s a refreshing change from Rin’s usual duties.
While snow can be a hassle, this beautiful art invokes a sense of nostalgia for those days of walking to school with friends. I sincerely hope that Rin’s wish comes true.
