Cat[girl]urday: Wings Over Gallia

Due to my love of Nekomimis I have decided to post something catgirl related each week! It maybe cute. It maybe sexy. It may even be a bit disturbing…

Flying Officer Perrine H. Clostermann as a Travel Attendant Art by Aohashi Ame

We have an air show in town this weekend, which got me thinking about the 501st Joint Fighter Wing. Despite the nature of the Strike Witches franchise, it has a lot of lore. Although Flying Officer Perrine H. Clostermann was never a travel attendant as artist Aohashi Ame drew her, she has done a lot in her lifetime.

Perrine was born in Gallia on February 28, 1929, as the heir to the Clostermann family. Her family happened to be the lords of the Pas de Calais County. After the alien race known as the Neuroi left her home country in ruins, Perrine fled to Britannia and later joined the Forces Aériennes Galliaises Libres 602nd Flying Corps. Her skills earned her the title “Blue Premier”. She joined the 501st after meeting Major Mio Sakamoto who told her their plans included the liberation of Gallia.

After the war Flying Officer Perrine H. Clostermann dedicated herself to the reconstruction efforts in Gallia. Fellow 501st member Lynette Bishop joined her. Perrine’s philanthropy did not stop there. Her family mansion became a home for people displaced by the war, and she even became a teacher! So, remember Flying Officer Perrine H. Clostermann of Pas de Calais and all she has done for Gallia.

So what do you think?
