Last time we spoke about Deadlock, it was for the release of the cat lady Calico. Well, it looks like Valve is back at it again. On February 2nd, during a full moon no less, they released a werewolf.
That’s right: Silver is now playable in Deadlock. This lycanthrope is hoping that summoning a god might help her get her life back on track.
Lilah Silver is a successful bounty hunter, but only because she feels she has no other choice. She doesn’t think she’d be good at anything else, and she needs the money for rent… and booze. Just because she may not be able to control her alcohol consumption doesn’t mean she can’t control her lycanthropy. Sure, the player can’t control her transformation in-game, but I’m sure that’s just a coincidence.
Silver is a fierce close-range fighter who can slow enemies with her bola, close the gap with a flying kick, and finish them off with her shotgun, Hair of the Dog. As she deals damage, she builds Bloodlust. Once it hits maximum, she transforms into a werewolf.
In werewolf form, Silver becomes a close-range juggernaut. It’s no wonder she’s such an effective bounty hunter… even if she claims that her “incredible intuition” is the real reason.
From Calico’s catlike finesse to Silver’s full-on moonlit mayhem, Deadlock is quickly turning into a kemonomimi fan’s playground. If you can play Deadlock, give Sliver a try. You are in for a hollowing good time!
So what do you think?
